Faith Skate Supply hosts Art for Autism

Faith Skate Supply and others are hosting an Art for Autism benefit to support Surfers Healing and Concrete Cures.  Concrete Cures is a non profit that hosts group and private skateboard lessons to autistic children at no cost to the families, give grants to autistic children for skate gear, and are in the works of fundraising to add a designated area of the proposed Birmingham skatepark for disabled children to skate.

For a full interview of what Concrete Cures is please visit Transworld Business site.

Please see the flyer below and attend the Art for Autism benefit being held next Friday March 5th at Urban Standard in Downtown Birmingham! We will have free food, beverages, a live band and silent auction. Artists across the nation have donated their time and work to make this event a success such as Amos Oaks and Stefan Janoski. We hope to see you there and if you are across the nation and can’t make it we hope to bring Concrete Cures to your area this summer to bring together the autism community to introduce the kids to a sport that they have no rules and regulations to follow.
