The TTR 3-star event Taken out by Team Burton’s Chris de Campo and Jye Kearney, who also won the Gatorade Rookie Award. Best trick for double rodeos was Andy Loyd and Nick Wood for K2. Was the closest comp yet with amazing riding by Billabong’s Robbie Walker and Clint Allan, Quiksilver’s Tim Laidlaw and Nate Perry, DC’s Ryan Tiene and Dane Tiene, Oakley’s Mitch Allan and Henry Bessell, Destyn.via’s Tyson Pollard and Cohen Davies, Ride’s Andrew Roth (Kieran McLaughlin out), Forum’s Mitch Williams and Michael Trotto, Nitro’s Nathan Johnstone and Jarryd Williams, Lib Tech’s Tom Pelley and Jason Maxfield, FYVE’s Marc Triffit and Owen Newman (injured), 3CS Jason Currie and Daniel Currie, Compatriot’s Matthew Galina and Ben Fawcett and Nomis’ Jeremy Burns and Brian Goodwin.

You recently injured your arm, how’s the recuperation coming along?
It’s good, I guess. It’s been two weeks since I was injured, and I’ll be out for two more weeks. I got a hairline fracture in my arm in Tahoe and then went to Park City and fell on it on the hip jump at the Launch. I went to the doctor and found out that it was fractured. I’d been riding on it for four or five days before I found out it was broken. I’ve been taking some time off and strengthening my shoulder in the meantime.

Seb Toots Ride Snowboards

Canadian, Ride Snowboard Pro, and Nice Guy, Sebastien Toutant (better known as Seb Toots) throw a triple cork 1440 at the Red Bull Performance Camp at Squaw Valley, California. He was one of the first riders of the season who was able to land the trick.
